Professor Wu Guofu

Wu Guofu (1966-) is the Deputy Director and Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the Lushan Cultural Research Center at Jiujiang University, a key research base for humanities and social sciences in Jiangxi Province. He is also a professor. Formerly served as the Deputy Director of the Chinese Department at Jiujiang University. Member of the Communist Party of China Vice President and Secretary General of China Tao Yuanming Research Association (Preparatory).

He is a candidate for the New Century Hundred Thousand Talents Project in Jiangxi Province, a exemplary individual of teacher ethics in Jiangxi Province, a backbone teacher of young and middle-aged people in Jiangxi Province, and a leader of ancient Chinese literature in the key discipline of the 11th Five Year Plan in Jiangxi Province.

Published 12 academic monographs such as "Quanzhen Religion and Yuanqu", "On Tao Yuanming's Neutrality", and "White Deer Cave Academy", authored 2 "Newly Compiled Annals of White Deer Cave Academy" and "Compilation of Taiping Mountain Classics", created 1 "Snowy Thatched Flower", published more than 120 academic papers in academic journals such as "Literature", "Literary Review", and "Religious Studies", hosted the "Tao Yuanming Research" column in the National Excellent Characteristic Column of Jiujiang University Journal, and the "Poyang Lake Lushan Cultural Research" column in the Jiangxi Province Excellent Characteristic Column. Received 1 second and 1 third prize for excellent social science achievements in Jiangxi Province. One project funded by the Ministry of Education in the later stage of philosophy and social sciences in 2012, "Revising the Annals of the White Deer Cave Academy," was approved.
